Burnley have tabled a £20 million offer to Leeds United for attacking midfielder Crysencio Summerville, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
However, the Elland Road immediately knocked back the offer, insisting the 21-year-old is not for sale.
Summerville played 90 minutes against Salford City in the second round of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night and was also involved in the Championship game against Cardiff City on the opening day of the campaign, scoring one and assisting the other.

A groin strain kept him out of action for the following three league games, and Leeds were handed a boost following his return against Salford.
Summerville is a very important player for manager Daniel Farke, and selling such a key man is the last thing the Elland Road club want to do in the remaining hours left in the summer transfer window.
The Dutchman bagged four goals and two assists in 28 Premier League appearances last season and is expected to play a huge role as Leeds aim to secure an immediate return to the top-flight.
It remains to be seen whether Burnley will return with an improved offer or if another Premier League club will make a last-ditch move for Summerville, but the Whites will not be entertaining any bids for the player under any circumstances.
They return to action on Saturday when they host Sheffield Wednesday in their fifth league game of the season, and the former ADO Den Haag star will be eager to fire them to their second victory of the campaign.
Leeds have already lost Tyler Roberts, Rodrigo and Jack Harrison in attack this summer, while getting deals done for Bayer Leverkusen attacker Nadiem Amiri and Genk winger Joseph Paintsil proved abortive, so holding on to Summerville is non-negotiable.
