Everton are eyeing up a move to sign West Brom midfielder Tom Fellows, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Toffees could look to sign the 20-year-old attacking midfielder in the January transfer window and send him on loan to West Brom for the rest of the season.
Alternatively, they can sign him in the summer transfer window when he becomes a free agent.
Romano says the young talent has been “excellent” for the Baggies this season, and he also scored his first goal in the FA Cup.
He is liked by 777 Partners, and a potential transfer could be on the cards this month.

Everton transfers in January
Ideally, Sean Dyche would love to sign one or two players who can help them to stay in the Premier League this season.
But with cash not available in plenty, the Toffees may have to look for loan options.
In recent weeks, several clubs have shown interest in Everton midfielder Amadou Onana, but it’s unlikely that the Toffees will sell him this month.
Everton have done remarkably well under Sean Dyche, but they are probably feeling the heat now. They have lost their last three games in the Premier League, two of them have come against the likes of Tottenham and Manchester City.
However, the 3-0 defeat against Wolves would have hurt them badly. They did manage a 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup, and Dyche will hope his side will return to winning ways when they take on Aston Villa at Goodison Park on Sunday.
