Newcastle United have reportedly joined the transfer race for Crystal Palace star Michael Olise.
The 22-year-old has been earning rave reviews with his performances since joining the London club in 2021.
He has made 90 appearances across all competitions for Palace so far, with 16 goals and 25 assists to his name.
His displays in England haven’t gone unnoticed as some of the biggest European clubs are now interested in securing his services.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Bayern Munich are all vying for the winger’s signature.
And The Sun are reporting that Newcastle have also joined the transfer race for Olise.
The 22-year-old is contracted with the Eagles until 2027 but he is said to have a release clause of around £60 million in his deal.
The Magpies endured a difficult 2023-24 campaign as they finished seventh in the English top-flight after posting just 60 points.
Manager Eddie Howe will be looking for a comeback next term by bringing in some quality reinforcements.
Olise would be an excellent signing for Newcastle but it is uncertain whether they can manage to get a deal over the line.
Bayern can offer him Champions League football, while Chelsea and Manchester United are also very attractive clubs for top players.
