Arsenal have rejected bids from two Premier League sides for attacking midfielder Emile Smith Rowe, according to Sky Sports.
The 23-year-old is open to leaving the Gunners after struggling for game time last term. He is not short of suitors, with the London duo submitting offers to Arsenal.
Smith Rowe has had his struggles with injury setbacks, which have affected his form and rhythm. Consequently, he finds himself on the fringes of manager Mikel Arteta’s squad.
Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard have taken his place in the starting XI, forcing him down the pecking order.
The Croydon-born star started only three Premier League games last season and will be desperate for more game time in his legs.
He could find it at Crystal Palace under Oliver Glasner. The Austrian manager is leading an exciting project in South London, and Smith Rowe can give the Eagles another dimension in attack.
Palace recently let go of Michael Olise and might need another creative player in the team, even though the Arsenal man is not a like-for-like replacement.
Over in West London, Fulham are preparing to lose stalwart Willian this summer, and Smith Rowe can replace the Brazilian forward. Again, they are not the same profile, but the Colney Academy graduate is a potential replacement.
Smith Rowe is still a talented attacking midfielder who can be a difference-maker for several Premier League sides. In his 2021/22 season, he notched 11 goals and two assists across 37 competitive matches.
With consistent game time in his legs, he can register such impressive numbers again for any team willing to take the punt.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are set to lose many fringe players this summer, with Premier League clubs also circling for Reiss Nelson.
Centre-back/left-back Jakub Kiwior has interest from Italian clubs eager to bring him back to Serie A.
