Arsenal have rejected bids from two Premier League sides for attacking midfielder Emile Smith Rowe, according to Sky Sports.
The 23-year-old is open to leaving the Gunners after struggling for game time last term. He is not short of suitors, with the London duo submitting offers to Arsenal.
