West Ham are close to reaching an agreement with Leeds United to sign Crysencio Summerville.
According to a report from Sky Sports, the Hammers have agreed a deal with Leeds to sign the Dutch winger.
Summerville will undergo his medical in the next 24 hours ahead of his potential move.
Fabrizio Romano says that West Ham made an offer last week for Summerville who has entered the final two years of his contract at Leeds.
It appears that everything has been sorted between the player and the Hammers and he will join them shortly.
The terms of the deal are still unknown, but Leeds are expected to demand a high transfer fee for their star player, who was sensational in the Championship last season.
It was anticipated throughout the summer that Leeds would sell their star players if big clubs made an approach, and it seems Summerville is on his way out of Elland Road.
The Dutchman was the best player in the Championship last season, and Leeds must do everything to sign some really good players to fill his void.
Meanwhile, West Ham are working on two more deals.
Sky Sports claims that the Hammers are close to an agreement for Borussia Dortmund striker Niclas Fullkrug.
The German striker has two years remaining on his deal, and the clubs are currently settling the final details of the deal.
It has been suggested that agreeing personal terms has not been an issue, and it has been finalised already.
West Ham are still interested in signing Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran, but they are unwilling to match Villa’s valuation of the player.
Both Summerville and Fullkrug would be fantastic additions to the squad. The Hammers are also working on a deal to sign a new right-back and they want to bring Manchester United’s full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
