Aston Villa are closing on an agreement for Manchester City midfielder Kane Taylor, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Both clubs have already reached an agreement over the transfer of the 19-year-old, with Villa now set to sign him on a long-term deal.
The teenage sensation will hope to impress the Villans manager Unai Emery as soon as possible and force his way into his first-team plans as he is expected to initially link up with their under-21s.

Taylor was a key player for Man City under-21 last term, weighing in with four goals and one assist in 19 Premier League 2 games.
Villa are not only strengthening their first-team ahead of the 2024-25 campaign, the Midlands club have also been recruiting some of the best youngsters in the land, with their promise of a clear pathway to senior football attractive.
Villa have spent the most money on transfers of any club in world football during the 2024 summer transfer window as they prepare for their first season back in the Champions League since it was rebranded in 1992.
They have splashed €176 million on the recruitment of the likes of Amadou Onana, Ian Maatsen, Cameron Archer, Jaden Philogene, Samuel Iling-Junior, Lewis Dobbin, Enzo Barrenechea and Ross Barkley, while Omar Khedr, Max Jenner and Ethan Amundsen have joined their youth ranks.
Taylor is next, and he has the potential to establish himself as a regular for the first-team going forward having notched nine goals and nine assists in 72 youth games.
The Birmingham-born teenage sensation left Villa for Man City in 2019 and is now set to return to his childhood club.
Despite being a centre midfielder, Taylor is also capable of playing in defence, and he will be hoping to prove himself in the coming months.
