West Ham United midfielder James Ward-Prowse is set to join Nottingham Forest on loan for the rest of the season today, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Hammers star is not in the plans of manager Julen Lopetegui, and he will be moving to the City Ground club to continue playing.
The deal has all been wrapped up, with only some formal paperwork left for it to be made official.

West Ham have already identified a replacement for Ward-Prowse, with Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Giovani Lo Celso on their radar.
Aston Villa and Real Betis are also keen on the Argentina international, but the Hammers will hope to convince him to remain in London.
A couple of arrivals and departures are expected at West Ham before the 11pm transfer deadline today, with Crystal Palace and Southampton both looking to snap up Maxwel Cornet.
Like Ward-Prowse, the Ivorian star is not in the plans of the new Hammers manager and will be moving on to continue his Premier League career elsewhere.
Ward-Prowse played 37 league games under manager David Moyes last season, weighing in with seven goals and seven assists, and Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo will be pleased to recruit his services.
The London Stadium club will be fine without the England international having bolstered their ranks in the final third with Luis Guilherme, Crysencio Summerville, Niclas Fullkrug and Guido Rodriguez.
West Ham have also strengthened at the back by recruiting the services of Max Kilman, Wes Foderingham, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Jean-Clair Todibo, and Lopetegui will be keen to lead them back to Europe at the end of the campaign.
