Wolverhampton Wanderers have already completed moves for Jorgen Strand Larsen, Tommy Doyle, Rodrigo Gomes and Pedro Limo this summer.
However, they are still in the market for a new winger as they seek a replacement for Pedro Neto, who left to join Chelsea earlier this month.
According to a report from the Express & Star, Wolves are currently in talks to sign highly rated Burnley attacker Luca Koleosho.
Koleosho is only 19 but has already made 19 senior appearances for the Clarets, scoring two goals in the process.
The Italy Under-21 international has also started the opening two Championship games this campaign and scored a goal in the 5-0 thrashing of Cardiff City.
He has a contract with Burnley until 2027 but a good offer could tempt them into selling the youngster this summer.
Wolves have also been credited with an interest in Ajax’s Carlos Forbs, who joined the Dutch giants last summer from Manchester City.
The 20-year-old hit the ground running at the Johan Cruyff Arena, making 34 appearances across all competitions and scoring four goals.
Forbs mainly plays as a left winger and is highly rated for his electric pace and excellent dribbling skills.
However, both Koleosho and Forbs are relatively inexperienced and Wolves require a top forward to replace Pedro Neto, who made 14 goal contributions in 24 appearances last season.
Gary O’Neil’s side have made a dismal start to the 2024-25 Premier League campaign as they have lost their opening two league matches by heavy margins.
The Old Gold suffered a 2-0 loss at Arsenal before Chelsea inflicted a humiliating 6-2 defeat on them at the weekend.
