Crystal Palace will travel to Goodison Park to face Everton in the Premier League on Saturday (28 September).
Ahead of the match, Oliver Glasner has confirmed that the Eagles will definitely be missing the game against the Toffees.
The 24-year-old midfielder struggled with injury problems last season, and he is not even training on the grass yet.
Glasner has confirmed that Doucoure will not return before the international break, and the news will come as a boost for Everton.
Both Everton and Crystal Palace are looking to pick up their first win of the season, and it’s going to be an interesting game.
Everton could welcome back Jarrad Branthwaite for this game after Sean Dyche has confirmed that the young defender is now ready to return after an injury lay off.
Oliver Glasner was asked about Cheick Doucoure’s injury by @awmcs:
“He won't be available before the international break.
“Then we will see what happens during the break. Maybe it’s possible for the Nottingham game.”

Alan Shearer, who has predicted a draw for this game, has rightly pointed out that both teams have their own peculiar problems.
Everton have been poor defensively in their previous games. They have taken leads in all their last three Premier League games and yet could manage to pick up all three points.
On two occasions, they went 2-0 up and yet ended up losing 3-2. The Toffees arrested their decline last week after they picked up a 1-1 draw against Leicester City.
Crystal Palace, on the other hand, have picked up three draws, but they haven’t been able to convert those into wins.
The Eagles are struggling to score freely, which should be a major concern. It is going to be a really tight game, but the absence of Doucure could mean Everton midfielders might enjoy more dominance in midfield.
