Premier League clubs eye move for Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn

Celtic have already taken a sizeable lead at the top of the 2024/25 SPFL table and are aiming to progress to the next round of the Champions League.

The Bhoys did a tremendous job in the summer transfer window, with Brendan Rodgers bringing in three new players on the deadline day.

It was a massive window for the Scottish champions, who also lost Matt O’Riley to Brighton for a record transfer fee.

In recent years, Celtic have been able to sell players at a high price, and it has proved to be an effective model for the club.

The Hoops have reinvested the money into the squad, and in that process, they have made the side competitive. The same trend could continue next summer, and as long as they get decent transfer fees, they should be stable financially.

Celtic winger wanted by several Premier League clubs

According to Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, a host of Premier League clubs are showing interest in Celtic winger Nicolas Kuhn.

The 24-year-old has been enjoying a cracking season for the Bhoys, where he scored seven goals and provided ten assists across all competitions.

He is expected to feature against RB Leipzig, and scouts of several clubs will keep a close eye on him.

Kun has a contract at Celtic Park until 2029, and he is valued at over €10 million.

Celtic should demand more for Kuhn

The German winger has become a key player under Rodgers. Celtic should be under no pressure to sell him next summer as he has a long-term contract at Parkhead.

Kuhn is a natural right winger who is good at dribbling, crossing and finding key passes. A move to the Premier League could be tempting for him, but Celtic should not allow the German to leave on the cheap.

He is definitely one to watch out for in the summer transfer window.
