Rangers fans are convinced Martin will not last long, and Kris Boyd wants Sean Dyche to replace him, citing his ‘strong character’ as what the club needs.
Dyche brings plenty of experience to the table, having managed 332 Premier League games across his spells with Burnley and Everton.
The former Watford boss has overseen a total of 558 games since becoming a manager in 2011, and he has the skills to make Rangers a stronger team.
Dyche has only won just over one-third of his games as a manager, but he would fancy his chances of improving Rangers.
He could be holding out for a Premier League job as his name is expected to be on the wishlist of clubs that could look to make changes in the dugout in the coming weeks.
However, the opportunity to manage in Europe could be very appealing to him if Rangers come calling.
They begin their Europa League campaign next Thursday with a home game against Genk, and Martin must guide them to victory to boost his chances of holding on to his job.
