Arsenal very keen on signing PSG’s Bradley Barcola

Arsenal are very keen on signing Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola, per Sky Germany.

The Gunners are in the market for a new left winger with manager Mikel Arteta looking to add world-class firepower to his frontline.

Gabriel Martinelli or Leandro Trossard could leave this summer, and Barcola is an exciting potential replacement for both forwards.

Despite sharing playing time with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, he has bagged 12 goals and seven assists in 45 appearances after 42 goal contributions in 64 outings last term.

The Gunners want to capitalise on his lack of playing time to convince the Frenchman about a move, and talks are already underway.

However, Barcelona and Liverpool will compete with Arsenal to sign Barcola.

His current contract runs until 2028, and PSG will demand a sizeable fee to sanction a sale.

Barcola would be a solid signing for Arsenal

However, if Arsenal want to dominate in the Premier League and Europe, Barcola is the kind of signing that should be coming through the door.

The 23-year-old Frenchman is capable of delivering at the highest level. Arsenal should be pulling out all the stops to sign Barcola.

While he has since made left-wing his permanent berth, he can perform on both flanks.

His 42 goal contributions last season, helping his side sweep all available titles, show he can produce world-class numbers.

What is even more outstanding is that he could have done more. He was guilty of missing chances and had to share time with Kvaratskhelia.

Arsenal cannot afford to miss this opportunity to sign Barcola if the opportunity presents itself.
