Celtic right-back Alistair Johnston is reportedly open to joining Everton this summer.
Johnston has spent the last four seasons in the Scottish Premiership, and a move to the Premier League appeals to him.
The 27-year-old was with Canada at the World Cup, featuring in all five of their games at the tournament.
The Everton target will fancy his chances of impressing with Everton and could be the perfect successor to Coleman.
Johnston is an excellent passer who also knows how to hold on to the ball.
He has bagged seven goals and 24 assists in 122 games for Celtic, and the Toffees could do with his attacking qualities in the final third.
The Hoops star brings much-needed experience to the table.
Tottenham Hotspur full-back Djed Spence has also been linked with Everton, but nothing has materialised. The England international also has other suitors.
The Toffees are also reportedly keen on Aaron Wan-Bissaka following West Ham United’s relegation to the Championship.
Manager David Moyes wants a natural right-back after playing Jake O’Brien out of position last season, and more targets could emerge in the coming weeks.
