Moyes has built much of his managerial career around trusting seasoned players who understand the demands of English football.
Johnson and Wan-Bissaka are more logical choices at this stage. Both have extensive top-level experience and could be expected to settle into the Premier League quickly.
Norton-Cuffy could develop into an excellent right-back, but Everton need reliability now.
With Moyes in charge, Everton will likely prioritise experience over potential when making this crucial decision.
