Leeds United have reached an agreement with Borussia Monchengladbach defender Nico Elvedi over a three-year contract, according to Sky journalist Florian Plettenberg.
Manager Daniel Farke wants reinforcements after Pascal Struijk left for Brighton & Hove Albion earlier this summer.
Elvedi has emerged as a concrete target for the Whites. He is open to joining them.

Elvedi made six appearances at the World Cup, and he could be a solid defender for Leeds given his wealth of experience and quality.
