Leeds United manager Daniel Farke is in talks with the Elland Road club over a new contract, according to talkSPORT.
The Leeds boss is in the last year of his current deal, but both parties are discussing an extension. The Whites are ready to reward Farke with a bumper pay rise.
The 49-year-old joined Leeds in 2023 after their relegation from the Premier League, and he helped them return to the top-flight in 2025 after narrowly missing out on promotion at the end of his first season.
The club finished 14th in the league table at the end of last season and Farke will hope to guide them into the top half of the table this season.
The Leeds boss was close to being sacked last December following a woeful run which left the club in the relegation zone.
There were doubts about Farke’s ability to keep the club in the Premier League following their promotion from the Championship.
He was not given a new contract at the time but has managed to convince the club of his credentials.
Leeds have started this season on an impressive note, with one Premier League win and two draws to their name in their opening three games.
They will take on Chelsea in the third round of League Cup tomorrow after defeating Nottingham Forest in round two.
Leeds return to Premier League action next Monday when they host Newcastle United.
