Leeds United defender Jayden Bogle has been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award following an impressive run of performances in September.
The ‘unbelievable‘ full-back has been a driving force for the Whites, who are one of only five sides yet to suffer defeat in the 2026-27 Premier League campaign heading into the international break.
Despite a League Cup exit to Chelsea in between, Leeds recorded one league win and two draws in September, with Bogle making a significant impact at both ends from right wing-back.
He scored the opener in Leeds’ hard-fought 1-1 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion and appeared to net in the 4-1 win over Newcastle United, although that goal was later credited to Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Bogle joins a competitive eight-man shortlist for the monthly accolade, alongside Mohamed Belloumi (Hull City), Pascal Gross (Brighton & Hove Albion), Alexander Isak (Liverpool) and Jeremy Jacquet (Liverpool).
Kevin Schade (Brentford), Antoine Semenyo (Manchester City) and Charalampos Kostoulas (Brighton & Hove Albion) have also been nominated.
The winner of the EA Sports Player of the Month award will be decided by a combination of public votes and a panel of football experts, with the result set to be announced in early October.
With no international duty, Bogle will enjoy a three-week break before Leeds resume their season with a trip to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal on October 10.
If Bogle maintains his current form, a first senior England call-up may not be far away. He has previously represented the Three Lions at Under-20 level.
